With leadership roles at Rubicon CX, Rightpoint, and the various iterations of Sapient, I’ve worked with clients such as Genesis, IHG, NASCAR, Coca-Cola, St Jude, JP Morgan, Mastercard, Target, and the MD Anderson Cancer Center. I’m comfortable on both sides of content strategy—the user facing, brand-focused side and the technical or technical side. I’ve active with the Content Strategy Alliance to help formalize and provide examples and templates for content strategy deliverables for wider use for those seeking guidance. When collaborating with brands or mentoring aspiring content strategists, I combine creativity and strategy to deliver user-centered and content-led digital experiences that drive measurable results.
