Code of Conduct

OpenWater holds itself and all of our members and corporate partners to high ethical and moral standards. Everyone who is part of OpenWater has chosen and was chosen to be here. As such, we expect anyone affiliated with OpenWater to adhere to our code of conduct

Be professional. Show up on time. Exceed expectations. 

Be honest. Represent yourself and what you offer truthfully. 

Be respectful. Treat people as they want to be treated. 

Be kind. Everyone is going through some kind of struggle. Give them grace.

Be open. We can all learn from each other. 

Be trustworthy. Confidentiality is a requirement, not an option.

Be active. Give more than you get.  

VIOLATIONS

OpenWater goes to great lengths to ensure that we are building a positive, respectful community of professionals. You can read our full Terms of Service, but overall: 

OpenWater does not tolerate any form of discrimination, hate speech or threat of violence based on race, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, political views, religion, national origin, or culture.

Violations should be immediately reported to the OpenWater membership committee. Those found in violation will be expelled from the platform.
