About
I bring nearly 30 years of experience leading nonprofit organizations to achieve their greatest impact and drive social change. Respected both locally and nationally, I have held executive and senior leadership roles, as well as served as a consultant for various nonprofits and philanthropies. Most recently, I served as the third executive leader of the Los Altos Mountain View Community Foundation (LAMVCF) from January 2020 until September 2025, guiding the organization through a multi-year transition to focus on addressing inequities, advancing social justice, and strengthening community connections. I am passionate about helping others identify and amplify how they advance social good. Currently, I serve as a Board Director at the Institute for Sustainable Communities, an international environmental justice nonprofit, and volunteer with my local American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) affiliate in Mountain View. I live in Mountain View with my wife, and our sons attend Middlebury College and Grinnell College. I hold an MPA from Columbia University, a BA from Brandeis University, and a Strategic Public Sector Negotiation certificate from Harvard University. Outside of work, I can often be found walking and playing with my dog, Theo.
