About
Just started at a late stage FinTech called DriveWealth as an individual contributor. I decided it was time I took a break from managing teams. For almost 4 years, I managed and mentored a global team of Business Analysts and Project Managers for the Cash Equity Trading Tech organization at Citi. Prior to that, I wore several hats at Pico, a small FinTech firm that specialized in low latency infrastructure solutions for bulge-bracket firms, hedge funds, prop shops and family offices, and contributed in growing the business from $2MM to over $100MM annually. I was also the Business Analyst / Project Manager for THOR (leading edge smart router) at RBC Capital Markets, working with the team that would later start IEX. (see "Flash Boys" by Michael Lewis), and prior to that participated in the launch and evolution of the Electronic Trading business at Merrill Lynch. Before Wall Street, I worked at AT&T Info Systems and AT&T Labs as a Systems Engineer / Data Modeler / Developer and DBA in various organizations.
