My career has taken me from Fortune 500 companies to smaller organizations, where I’ve applied big-picture strategies to drive growth and empower people. Currently, as Vice President of Human Resources at ITOCHU Building Products Holdings, I lead HR strategies that foster leadership, strengthen organizational capabilities, and align people with business goals. Outside of work, I host "6 Degrees or Less," a podcast focused on authentic networking and cultivating professional connections.
