Born and raised in New York, I've called the Bay Area home since 1992. With over two decades of leadership and advisory experience, I’ve dedicated most of my career to Bain & Company, where I now lead the NPS Loyalty Forum. In this role, I have the privilege of helping executives from world-renowned organizations master the art and science of customer and employee loyalty, empowering them to create meaningful, lasting relationships. Each day, I find fulfillment in knowing that my work fosters impactful change and supports companies in achieving superior outcomes through best practices and shared learning. My career journey, spanning consulting, product management, and business development, has honed my expertise in building strategic frameworks that drive loyalty and deliver measurable results. Outside of my professional life, I’m a passionate photographer, avid hiker, soccer enthusiast, and lover of live music, theater, and symphony. Through my photography, I strive to capture and share moments of beauty from around the world, hoping to spark joy for others.
