My career has been defined by building high-performing technology teams for founder-led startups and enterprises alike, aligning talent with opportunity—from technologists to leaders and executives—and helping candidates and hiring teams reach their full potential. Founding inspHIRE Talent Solutions brought these experiences together, solidifying my role as a trusted advisor who thrives on solving complex talent challenges and delivering impactful outcomes. Relationships, perseverance, curiosity, integrity, and adaptability have always been at the core of my success. I grew up in Miami but have called the Atlanta area home for over 30 years, grounded by my incredible wife and three amazing adult kids. I’m also the proud son of Cuban immigrants, which instilled in me a deep appreciation for education, work ethic, grit, adaptability, and the power of community—values that guide how I approach life and work. And while I take my work seriously, enjoying life with family and friends is non-negotiable—whether it’s boating, traveling, catching a live show, sharing dinner and a nice bottle (or two) of wine, or cheering for my alma mater, The University of Georgia.
